Assistant Director, College Readiness and Access

As Assistant Director of College Readiness Initiatives, Robyn promotes the mission of CSP and support the program’s staff, faculty, students, and their parents/guardians by managing projects and services related to student advising, program recruitment, admissions, and overall strategic priorities of the Collegiate Scholars Program. Robyn develops and facilitates college exploration opportunities for students across College and Career Readiness programs including events, workshops, and college tours.

Prior to joining the Office of Civic Engagement, Robyn served as a corps member for the Illinois Student Assistance Commission. She holds a bachelor’s degree in English and Communications from Southern Illinois University of Edwardsville and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Urban Higher Education at the University of Illinois at Chicago. As a Chicago native and Chicago Public Schools graduate, she is passionate about supporting students who come from underrepresented backgrounds prepare for their preferred post-secondary options. and brings extensive skills that will further support our scholars with their college search and application process.
